Anne-Marie Duff is an English actor and Narrator. Duff began her television career in late 1990s after graduating Drama Centre London. She played in Trial & Retribution Amongst Women & Aristocrats. Anne-Marie Duff was born 8th October 1970, located in Chiswick London. Anne-Marie Duff (born 8 October 1970) is an English screen and stage actress. Her fame was due to her role as Fiona Gallagher in the first two seasons of the UK TV series Shameless. The Virgin Queen (2006) featured her as Queen Elizabeth as Queen Elizabeth in The Virgin Queen, and she also played the main part in From Darkness (2015). Duff has had roles in movies such as Enigma (2001) The Magdalene Sisters Notes on a Scandal (2006) French Film (2008) The Last Station and Nowhere Boy Before I Go to Sleep (2014) and Suffragette (2015). In 2015, The Virgin Queen, Shameless The Virgin Queen, Nowhere Boy Suffragette, and The Last Station garnered Duff BAFTA nominations in the categories of Best Actress as well as Best Supporting Actress. The History of Mr Polly (2007) was her BAFTA Cymru Award-winning performance in Best Actress. Anne-Marie Duff was a multi-award-winning English actress.
